Single page notification button: This lives in context of other components but the lockup is inconsistent

Description

The component lives in lockup with the print this page button, but inconsistently so. This lockup also includes the publishing date and last update component which shows inconsistencies in itself between the top and bottom of a page (what is included and the typography). The horizontal spacing between the components is inconsistent, too. Can we fix this all in one go?

I found two different variations of this, both with their own inconsistencies:

1. example page: https://www.gov.uk/guidance/cost-of-living-payment
   At the top of the page the two buttons sit in different sections but at the bottom of the page they sit together

2. example page: https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/graduate-route-rapid-review
   At the top it’s only this button, the print button only shows at the bottom of the page.
