The data transformers are the functions responsible for shifting data contents.

whether shifting data between unit systems or manipulating data precision for output, the data transformers need to ensure all of it works and is reversible (to an extend).

Scope:
All functions related to converting data from one format to another. This includes:

  • Unit Conversion from original to harmonized.
  • Unit Conversion from harmonized to requested output unit system.
