Original code in line 44 produce wrong link:

<c:out value='<a href="cms:link${image.value.Link}</cms:link>" ${newWin}>' escapeXml='false' />

Please change to this:

<a href="cms:link${image.value.Link}</cms:link>" ${newWin}>
