官方博客api中接收的参数和返回的对象都算是dto吗？难道只有Web端返回的内容才算VO吗？

因为 App 层不止要服务 Adapter 层，还要服务于 client 层（SDK， RPC），所以在 App 层都用 DTO 合适。如果把 VO 使用在 RPC 上是不合适的，交流一下 #557
