Build / Publish docker image to dockerhub
Add documentation on how to start / configure the mock-server container
Add support for adding configuring the mock-server's behavior via HttpRequests
Add support to prune all setups, logs, etc on the running container
Add support for querying logs of un/-matched setups/requests
Add basic support to match requests and return responses
