noncopyable.hpp not found. #19

Under both pip and easy-install from PyPi, I get a fatal error saying "noncopyable.hpp not found. I did a disk search and found 12 copies of 2 different versions of this file have been installed by Lumberyard, but it exists nowhere else. Apparently it is something the install process thinks it should be supplying. What can I do?

I am also getting this error (im on windows using pip)
fatal error C1083: Cannot open include file: 'boost/noncopyable.hpp': No such file or directory
