Able to create empty speech files

[GoogleCodeExporter]

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Type only spaces in text area
2. save the file
3. Now play the empty file

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Empty speech files should be avoided, should say "enter some text" before 
saving 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Nexus with 4.4.4
