Doesnt work with sublime text 3 #55

Plugin does not working with Sublime Text 3, PHP scripts.
My steps:

install plugin;
use CoolFormat Source Code tool to configure CoolFormatConfig.cfconfig;
restart sublime text;
press "ctrl+shifp+p", run "CoolFormat: Quick Format", result: no any changes;
select some lines of php-code in the editor;
press "ctrl+shift+p", run "CoolFormat: Selected Format", result: some spaces added before code for each line.

Sublime version: 3.1.1 build 3176
Windows 7 64 bit
