Mark as Template Repository

This repo should be a template repository.

One issue I see with this is that this repo houses templates for both typical Adobe as well as Magento projects, and each typically have different starter files (in particular, the license, license header, contributing guidelines and code of conduct all differ). Don't know how to deal with that here other than having two different template repos? Thoughts?

That goes along with a feature request I emailed to GitHub about their templates a while back, but alas, they don't have any such feature today!

There is a way to do it though (without GitHub). Pollinate might just be the answer, but that means it can't be marked as a GitHub template.

Not feeling super great about either of these choices right now. I might need to gel on this one.
