"Jump To/Header" links are broken

Expected Behaviour

When clicking on a jump-to link I'd expect to have the header scrolled to the top. Nothing more

Actual Behaviour

The header is scrolled somewhere and all code-blocks are broken (see video)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to https://www.aem.live/docs/sidekick-library
2. Scroll down to [Sidekick plugin setup](https://www.aem.live/docs/sidekick-library#sidekick-plugin-setup)
3. Click on the header jump-to link
4. Tada, broken code
