Paginating beyond the last page or previous to first page makes content disappear #19

Steps:

Click into any recipe. For example (though repro's on all):
http://adobe-webplatform.github.io/Demo-for-Food-Network-Cupcakes/src/#recipe/v-buttercream
Click the Expand button to see the steps in a paginated view
Right arrow to the last page, then right arrow once more

Result: The pagination counter at the bottom says you're still on the last page, but the content goes away

Left arrow all the way back to Page 1, then left arrow once more

Result: Same as above - says you're on Page 1, but the content goes away
