Displaying of one mode leads to difficulty in adding contacts to meeting

Contact mode:

Meeting mode:

If i were to add a contact to a meeting, i would have to go to contacts mode, look for the exact name, then switch to meeting mode, then addcontact.

This can be quite troublesome I personally feel, as such, i would highly recommend side by side display of meeting and contacts for ease for this feature usage
