Missing hasServo property on many hasPWM pins #138

Noticed while adding the ItsyBitsy ESP32 there should probably be hasServo definition on most digital pins for esp32 family as most support pwm.

Same with other boards but requires much more careful consideration / testing.

Tagging @brentru for future review once ready, or joint investigation.
