PLease let me know how to use github secrets defined in reusable workflow in caller workflow?

i have caller workflow which inputs some data to reusable workflow and the reusbale workflow calls power automate workflow to do a certain job and gives a response.
i am trying to give the power automate url in github secret in reusable workflow.
but the caller workflow is throwing invalid url error.
