Copy config.ttl into Skosmos directory on deployment #1

Currently, the config.ttl is outside the Skosmos directory (/config_skosmos.ttl). On deployment, it should be copied into the base Skosmos directory and renamed to config.ttl. Ideally, this happens when it is deployed to Kubernetes but most probably this needs to be done when the container is created.
