Enforce label presence

Would it be possible to add some GUI way of enforcing the presence of certain things?

The condition is quite complex:

• If an entity is in the "QhoD" collection and/or in one of its subcollections,
• it has to have at least one label of type "QhoD prefLabel"
• the language property of the "QhoD prefLabel" has to
  • either be empty
  • or we need at least two "QhoD prefLabel"s with en/eng or de/deu/ger as values
  • only exactly one such label should exist for any given language (or NULL)

If that is the case our editors would need some visual clue that this entity needs attention.

Please close this if we should find different ways of identifying such entities.
