Dependabot tickets in Prosnet project

Saw that the Dependabot PRs get added to the Backlog of the project along with everything else (naturally).

If they are not interacted with from there (?), the add-to-project workflow could filter them out to reduce noise. The docs for the reusable workflow include info on label-based filtering.

Actually, in the case of Dependabot, it would make way more sense to just filter by user.

For me Dependabot PRs are no different than other ticket in that I have to review them, test them and sometimes postpone them. I don't really see why we would not add them to the project
