The label for the chart "All" is actually "Alle" (German)

I am facing an issue while running the project for local unit testing. I am trying to run the project as per guidelines in CONTRIBUTE.md. However I am facing issues with Docker. Getting error message as "Error occurred while trying to proxy: localhost:8080/" when I run on browser.

Can you please suggest the next steps? Thank you.
