Weekplans_selector_bloc har på nuværende tidspunkt funktionalitet vedrørende beregning af ugenumre. Der er tale om funktionerne getWeekFromDate, getWeekNumberFromNearestThursday osv. Undersøg om disse burde sættes ind i en ny bloc, eller hvorvidt man kan implementere det på en smartere måde, så man ikke er afhængigt af hele weekplan_selector_bloc for at beregne ugenummeret et andet sted i app'en

Issue er løst på branch 980, og skal blot reviewes
