Once previous inferences are navigable, build functionality to add more to a conversation's transcript to incrementally broaden a MindMap

Changes (probably) required:

Create a new prompt template to take in the previous conversation transcript, the current concepts and relationships, new additions, to generate additional nodes and edges to the network
Update Streamlit frontend to accommodate additional inputs
Update Network visualization to display new nodes/edges
Create versioning within a conversation
