https://otterscan.testnet.zilliqa.com/tx/0x049f57d35c20ad16c87563fd08adb1bbad1398d7ed958c99ba43ec35f4d09e92 is really bad at telling you why it failed.

Also, otterscan seems to believe the target was PRISM, which it wasn't.
