Pre-fill transaction from URL-parameters

It would be nice if the 'Transfer' form could be pre-filled from the URL-parameters. This enables the penning-bot to send messages with a link you just have to click and press 'Give money' to pay your debts.

Example of what this could look like: https://tab.zeus.gent/?amount=3.00&who=fk&message=Gift&action=give. The actions can be take, give or request.
