Add the possibility to create tickets with an plus one.
Plus ones should have a title (Prof./Dr./Ms./Mr.) and a name

In the check in it should be possible to search on the plus ones name instead.

So we have multiple options:

Add these fields to the registration and have one ticket for both
Add option to form but create two separate tickets in the controller.

Option two is the better one.
