Add Automatic programm after changing the .hex file

Hello! Big thanks for the this powerfull software, i have an idea: the Automatic programming of the chip if the program notices that the original hex file has been changed. This is very convenient when there is a programmer incompatible with Microchip Studio, immediately after compiling the code, it would load it into the chip. I found a shell for avrdude that implements this functionality ("gcUploader", http://www.getchip.net/posts/136-gc-uploader-avtomaticheskijj-zagruzchik-hex-fajjlov-dlya-arduino/), but I would like it to appear in this tool.
