Required info about some points

• How can I customize notifications UI?
• How can I show incoming call screen when app is active, in-background and terminated unlocked screen (like whatsapp) instead of just notifications?
• Can I change the background colour of this screen?
  
• When my app is in terminated state and screen is locked then the above blue coloured screen is visible. When user accept the call then first it runs the app then it goes to call screen. Can I make it like when user accept the call from terminated screen then it direstly goes to call screen?
