非常感谢回复，不过为什么我即使手动下载ctw1500_test_labels.zip并移动到cache目录，在执行python tools/dataset_converters/prepare_dataset.py ctw1500 --task textdet仍然会报上述错误

解决了，要改动下载的代码才行
