Unable to select text in encrypted emails

When using e2e, I can't select any of the content in the emails. This is inconvenient, as I can't copy (for example) links or other text from an email.

I thought that this could be fixed by setting the CSS style -webkit-user-select: text; as mentioned in https://developer.chrome.com/apps/app_deprecated but that didn't do anything in Chrome stable.

FYI, this happens in some emails but not all. I find it very annoying too.
