목표: v2 리팩토링 및 v3 기능 추가

v3에서 추가되어야할 기능

기간 별 조건 걸어서 메인화면 조회순 정렬
배너 기능 통신
검색 기능 통신
https ssl 보안

v2 수정사항

전반적으로 테스트 코드를 위해 리팩토링 필요
회고글 없을 때 exception 처리
메인화면 무한스크롤 예외사항 잡기
