question about NA

Thanks about the software very much！
I had a question about NA when I use --statoff. I had no idea how to solving the NA in some _IncLevel1. IncLevel1 seemed similar to PSI.
In total, more than 130,000 AS were detected in my data. However, if all the AS with NA in IncLevel1 were all removed, there were less than 10,000 left.I could not get rid of all of them or get all of them to 0 simplily. I had no idea how to solving the NA.

When run with --statoff there is no minimum read support required to output an event. The events could be detected from the --gtf without any supporting reads. If a sample doesn't have reads for an event then the IncLevel (PSI value) will be NA: #418
