Dear zj-zhang,

Thank you for developing DARTS! I have two questions.

  1. Is it possible to run "Darts_BHT rmats_count" with the stat part on, as described in README?
  2. Will it be possible to run "Darts_BHT bayes_infer" with "-t MXE"?
    Thank you!

Best wishes,
hj256

Hi @hj256

  1. Darts_BHT by default should run the rMATS stats part and return the uncorrected P-values. Furthermore, If you would like to run statistics part for rMATS, please see this repository for details: https://github.com/Xinglab/rMATS-STAT . It can be called to run directly on the counting results generated by Darts_BHT rmats_count.

  2. Currently MXE is not supported/tested in the Darts model.

Hope this helps.
