I'm trying to copy attributes from the marketing list entity to a new custom entity . The process seems to complete, and then I choose to "Publish All" customizations in the default solution and I'm still unable to see the fields in the target.
If I try the process again thinking it didn't work, I get the message the fields I am trying to move are already created in the destination.
Is there some specific way to make the new fields appear in the default soltion? I'm just using the "publish all customizations".
I am on crm 9.1 on premise.

Is this issue still valid since you reported it?
Sometimes Dynamics seems to experience slowness in updating the metadata in the UI, but I have very seldom encountered this in online organizations. Might be more common in on premise systems.
They did appear when I returned to the system the next day. I initially waited about 30 minutes after creation and didn't see the new fields. So sometime between when I logged off for the night and the next morning they appeared. I will use the tool a little more and see if I can get more precise timing. Publishing the entity did not seem to fix the issue/
