Missing doc - Contributing to the project

Hello,

my team and I are considering using this project in our Flutter application. However, we noticed that the metrics integration is currently missing or in an alpha state. I have taken the initiative to fork the project and implement some required features based on the JavaScript implementation.

I am interested in contributing this back to the project, but because I would be contributing as part of my organization we need to address some legal considerations of my company's contribution process. Sounds daunting but does not have to be, we are mostly looking for Contributor License Agreement on the project similar to what the OpenTelemetry project provides.
