I could be missing something but I do not see any carousel related formatting going on when I look at the demo.html.
If I look at this page http://www.greepit.com/2011/09/dynamic-carousel-free-carousel-plugin-for-responsive-layouts/ I see a screensnap, unfortunately this is not the display I am gettign, although the next/previous buttons work,
