Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Some users are using VPNs in the restricted are (like China) and we're redirecting them to .org to connect to Relay for web socket events. As seen in Sentry, lot's of connection errors happening.

Describe the solution you'd like

In these case, let's give a better feedback to the users so they know what's going on.
