Only the encoder that matches the Encoder URL shows progress. All others in the network show no progress.
It appears that My Videos is checking against that setting. Should it check against the list of encoders in the network instead, I would presume all encoders would report their progress.

When encoding a video you can see the progress at My Videos if you are using a single encoder.
Feature request is to have all encoders in an encoder network report progress in My Videos.
Issue: If you are using an encoder network its possible you will see no progress on any encoders in your encoder network.
However, while testing settings, I was able to get one encoder to report progress.
For example:
I have four encoders (Encoder 01, Encoder 02, Encoder 03, and Encoder 04)
For settings:
Admin > Settings > General Settings > Advanced Configuration > Encoder URL: http://encoder03.local
Admin > Settings > General Settings > encoderNetwork: http://network.local/
