Describe the Bug

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Using Safari:

1. Go to https://ssid.comp.nus.edu.sg/login
2. Enter a random email e.g. [email protected] and leave Password blank
3. No error shown

Using Chrome, an error message "Invalid user/password combination or user account is still being processed." is shown.

Expected Behavior

Error message is shown when using Safari as with Chrome
