I have a bam file which was basecalled by Dorado, and I try to run deepmod2 on it using the latest model bilstm_r10.4.1_5khz_v4.3. However the Dorado basecalling used for that bam file is v5.0 rather than v4.3.
Is it still OK when the Dorado basecalling version is higer than deepmod2's model? Or do I have to basecall it again using v4.3.0 Dorado basecalling?
