Trivial cleanup / typos in TCK source

• testChunkTimeBasedDefaultCheckpoint - bad error message
• delete the job_chunk_full_attributes test
• chunkRetryMultipleExceptions.xml has job id = chunkSkipInitialTest

Have these already been addressed? i'm not seeing these issues.
-Typos not found in ChunkTests
-Could not find file chunkSkipNoSkipChildExTest.out.xml. The file chunkSkipNoSkipChildExTest.xml exists and is in use.
-What is the bad error message in testChunkTimeBasedDefaultCheckpoint?
-Why should job_chunk_full_attributes be deleted?
-not sure where id is, but test is disabled anyway. should it be deleted?
