WALC (App Specific) Lock Screen

As suggested in #92 It would be nice we have a WALC Specific lock screen which display over WALC main interface after a certain period of time. Here are some points to be discussed in this thread:

• Appropriate period of inactivity before Lock Screen is displayed
• How will Lock Screen be protected
• What brief information about the new messages should be displayed on lock screen
• How customizable the lock screen should be
