Migrating WALC to separate Github Organization

Considering that I haven't been able to contribute much to WALC in this past year and might not be able to for foreseeable future, after discussion with @Zzombiee2361 I have created a new GitHub Organization for it so more access can be given to people who are actually contributing to WALC.

I will be giving @Zzombiee2361 full access to WALC and he may invite all the contributors who have contributed previously to WALC as the member of that organization.
