Add option on pause menu to return to main menu #12

If I had finished a session, i would like to get back to menu. However, its seems that there's a lack of quit button on pause menu. Can you add it?

That seems like an useful feature.

The button should also ask to save before quitting, and there should be an option to disable "ask to save before quitting".
