Support compartment searches without resourceType #88

In Client#search:

if (compartment && resourceType) {
  return this.compartmentSearch({ resourceType, compartment, searchParams, headers });

A compartment search should not require resourceType based on the FHIR spec:

GET [base]/Patient/[id]/[type]?parameter(s)
