First, when monstermaker and osprey spawn NPC with weapons (monster_human_grunt, monster_male_assassin, monster_human_grunt_ally,...) in, they drop weapon on the ground when they die, if it happen in longer combat situation the maps will reach max_edicts error so it needed a spawnflags that make NPC from monstermakers didn't drop any weapon.
Second, should fix any monster_human_grunt_ally spawn from monstermaker don't have any weapon, good idea is monstermaker should have custom weapons choosing for any NPC.
