[PRESENTATION] D3.js Basics

I've been learning D3.js some lately and think it would be a fun topic for a talk!

The goal would be to start with an existing visualization and break it down to show how you'd create it in D3.js, while using that breakdown to introduce various d3 related topics.

In 1 hour there wouldn't be time for everything on here - other than mentioning how it could be done. The focus would be on the basics first and getting those down.
