For now the basic gamification will be in the form of daily challenges

As a moderator I should be able to create a new daily challenge
As a moderator I should be able to view existing challenges
As a moderator I should be able to delete existing challenges
Every day at 0900 EST a new daily challenge will be posted
At 0900 EST the previously active challenge will be processed, points awarded as necessary
