Should it be possible to delete all time recurrences of a timeslot?

If I set can_delete=True (which we need to allow since recurrences should be deleteable), then I can delete all of the recurrences, which goes against min_num=1. Do I understand correctly that it is a bug?

We hope to hide individual time recurrences and have people select a in grid of day vs. time. But: will it be okay to have nothing selected, that is: no time recurrences stored for that timeslot.
