Not appeared dialog about send error,when it needed.

Hello everybody. In telegram for android,when I send some message,i have dialog with reasons,why I can't send message and with link to spam info bot,because now i partially banned by telegram,in my opinion by mistake,so i can't write in most chats,including unigram insiders chat,and can't write private messages to not mutual contacts. I sent appeal at friday via spam info bot,but it is no effect for now. May be someone have idea,where i can write about it else? But in unigram it shows,what message is sending,but it should appear dialog with error,such it works in telegram for android. Please,fix this bug in unigram. Thanks.
