Sliding Sync Conduit

Hello, the sliding sync doesn't work with the given Conduit configuration. It may be linked to the reverse proxy setup. I tried a few things to make it work, such as https://docs.conduit.rs/faq.html#how-do-i-setup-sliding-sync but with no results.
