Yes. This should thread should be continually updated.
At present, it appears that if a plan is created that can be followed well, coding should not take too long (hopefully).

Things that could stall progress:

• BERT implementation
  • Will likely use google cloud which appears fairly complex.
  • Could be crucial in scanning documents for key information
  • Also the BERT QA model is perfect for giving the user a trail of 'evidence' as each question and answer can be displayed
  • Very likely time-consuming
• Python website crawling
  • May take time to check that key info can be found from a set of documents
  • Again, BERT QA is likely to help
