Record some ideas for the next version

Newly designed interface
Full website RESTful
Use the react framework
Redesign the database based on existing course information
- More detailed course types
- Allows to set up multiple pre-required courses (including "and" and "or" relationships), allowing text pre-requirements
Further optimize existing labeling systems (add user-defined labels?)
